Wading out through the beautiful pristine waters of Coffin Bay, you’ll be seated on our semi-submerged ‘Salt Water Pavilion’, in the middle of a commercial Oyster Farm. You’ll see baby oysters, learn how oysters grow, have a hands-on shucking lesson to open your own oysters, and best of all get to taste their fresh creamy and salty taste, straight out of the water.
