Yorke Peninsula covers a huge area starting at the fishing town of Port Broughton in the north to the stunning Innes National Park with its sweeping beaches and rugged cliffs in the south. We spend three days exploring this magnificent peninsula.
Tour highlights include travel to the Yorke Peninsula via Port Wakefield stopping in Wallaroo for morning tea before heading to Innes National Park via Moonta and Maitland to visit the Gap and Tiparra Rocks. Port Victoria is our last stop. Stay overnight at Marion Bay or camp at Innes National Park. Enjoy a stroll on the safe sheltered beach of Marion Bay then follow the spectacular ancient coastline to Innes National Park, Take short walks to places of interest including the Gap for spectacular views and West Cape Lighthouse and Cape Spencer for more spectacular views including Kangaroo Island. Follow the scenic coastal road through Edithburgh, Stansbury, Port Vincent and Ardrossan to Port Wakefield before heading to Adelaide arriving at approximately 6pm.
