Spend four days exploring Lake Eyre North, Woomera, William Creek and Coober Pedy. A land of contrasts from red gibber plains stretching to the horizon, mound springs creating bush oases and wetlands, Red Gum lined creeks and vast areas of grey saltbush and spiky Spinifex.

Tour highlights include Wadlata Outback Centre Port Augusta, Woomera Heritage Centre once the launch-site for experimental rockets, the opal mining town of Andamooka, the world’s most isolated pub at William Creek and Bubbler and Blanche Cup Springs bush oases and wetlands. Travel along the Oodnadatta Track to Lake Eyre North the larger of the two lakes covering 8,430 square kilometres (optional scenic flight over Lake Eyre North and South at own expense). Coober Pedy opal mining town in the heart of South Australia's vast outback, visit mines, interpretive centers, the Breakaway's Reserve, Moon Plain and Glendambo before returning to Adelaide via the Stuart Highway and Port Augusta arriving at approximately 6pm.
