Creative Collections presented by Porcelain Teachers of South Australia

This talented Adelaide based group of artists are excited to present a mixed media of artwork for the first time at the Rain Moth Gallery. Porcelain painting involves the art of mixing powdered mineral colour to porcelain, which is then kiln fired to create both traditional and modern art. The technique and materials used today ensures the art of porcelain painting is innovative with enamels, gold, lustres and textured paste to enhance the final results in a style to suit many tastes. Some of the group members are working with different mediums, as one art form helps develop another. This exhibition is both colourful and features a variety of work that includes watercolours, oils, porcelain and glass jewellery.
